The output of our three external PE or PP isolation lines is 100 to 300 kilometers of coated pipes per month depending on pipe's diameter.
The output of our external PU isolation line is 40 to 50 km per month.
The output of our internal epoxy isolation line is 100 to 300 km per month.
The combination of our experience and knowledge of modern technology allows UKRTRUBOIZOL to solve the problems of oil and gas industry connected with pipe isolation and provide all needed service which customer may request.
On request, we can do the following:
• to give recommendations about different types of pipe isolation and isolation of the welded joints, bends, fittings etc.;
• to buy pipes for coating application;
• to supply pipeline components - fittings, bends etc. and materials for welded joints isolation;
• to design, produce and service the internal and external pipe isolation lines according to customer's specification and unique projects requirements;
• to design and manufacture units and machinery for different coating operations.

We isolate pipes on an automatic lines which designed, manufactured and erected by our specialists; they are operated by the our company's personnel also.
UKRTRUBOIZOL isolates pipes with external protective anti-corrosion extruded polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) coatings, and also with polyurethane (PU) coating. Pipes with such isolation are using for overground, underground and underwater gas, oil and water pipelines.
The internal surface of pipes is isolated with epoxy anti-corrosive and flow coatings.
